How can admin view summary of leave types taken by employees?

A summary of leave is a record that outlines the details and duration of the leave taken by an employee, including the type of leave, dates of absence, and any relevant information related to the leave.


To view the summary of leave types taken by employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Main Leave Overview. The Leave Overview page opens.
  2. From the year dropdown list on the top right corner, select the required calendar year.
  3. Select the required month.
  4. On the Type of leaves taken card, from the Category dropdown filter, select the required category. The card displays the type of leave the employees take for the selected month.
