Leave is approved time off for employees, ensuring job security and providing breaks for vacation, illness, or personal reasons. Employers record leave taken to manage attendance, calculate accurate balances, and support effective workforce scheduling and work-life balance.
To view the graphical representation of total leave taken by the employees in a year, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Main > Leave Overview. The Leave Overview page opens.
- Select the required calendar year in the top right corner of the page to view details for a particular year.
- Select the required month.
- On the Total leaves taken this year card, from the Category dropdown filter, select the required option. A graphical representation of the leave taken for the selected year appears.
