How can admin view the employees/team who are on leave?

A leave overview is a summary or overview of an employee's accrued and utilized leave or time off.


To view the employees/team who are on leave, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Main Leave Overview. The Leave Overview page opens.
  2. Select the required calendar year on the top right corner of the page to view details for a particular year.
  3. Select the required month.
  4. Under the Team on Leave card, from the dropdown list, select the required duration.
  5. From the Category dropdown list, select the required category. The detailed information about each employee’s leave appears.
