A leave overview is a summary or overview of an employee's accrued and utilized leave or time off.
To view the employees/team who are on leave, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Main > Leave Overview. The Leave Overview page opens.
- Select the required calendar year on the top right corner of the page to view details for a particular year.
- Select the required month.
- Under the Team on Leave card, from the dropdown list, select the required duration.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the required category. The detailed information about each employee’s leave appears.
