How can admin recalculate employees' leave?

Reviewing and adjusting employees' leave balances promotes fairness, transparency, and compliance while maintaining accurate records and enabling effective leave management within the organization. 


To recalculate employees' leave, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Admin > Leave Recalculator.
  2. On the Leave Recalculator page, using the Status, Employee, and Leave Date dropdown filter, customize your search.

  3. From the table of contents, select the employees using the checkbox for whom you want to recalculate the leave.

  4. Click the Recalculate Leave button to recalculate the leave. A success message appears.
