Employees' sign-in/sign-out status indicates whether the employee has officially signed in to begin their work shift or signed out to end their work shift.

To view the sign-in status of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, click Leave Main Who Is In?. The Who Is In? Page appears.
  2. On the top right corner of the page, from the Year dropdown list, select the required year.
  3. Using the DateCategory, and Shift dropdown filters, customize the employee list. On this page, the admin can view the following information under various tabs:
    • The Not Yet In tab displays the information about the employees who have not marked their attendance on time.
    • The Late In tab displays the information regarding the employees who have not reached the organization at the expected time. It also displays the Sign In Time and Late By (HH: MM) time information.
    • The On Time tab gives you the Sign In Time information and data about the employees who reached the right time.
    • The On Leave tab displays information about the employees who cannot come to the organization on a particular day or date.

Note: Click the List/Table option to customize the type of view the admin wants to see the employees' information.
