How can admin download the Employer Share - PF report?

The Employer Share PF report summarizes the employees' Provident Fund (PF), providing a concise overview of the employer's portion of the PF contributions.


To download the Employer Share - PF report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports. The Reports page appears. 
  2. In the search textbox, enter PF - Monthly Statement V1. A form appears.
  3. From the PF Filing Location dropdown list, select the required location.
  4. From the Employee Category dropdown list, select the required option as per your requirements. 
  5. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the required option.
  6. Select/deselect the Include employees who have left the organization checkbox as per your requirements. 
  7. Click Generate to download the report.
