What is Salary Revision History?

Salary Revision History refers to the record or documentation of past salary revisions or adjustments made for employees within an organization. It provides a historical overview of the changes in salary over time for individual employees or groups of employees.


The Salary Revision History page displays the complete history of salary revisions for a current or separated employee. The page also enables you to make a comparison of salaries between peers. You can even download the peers' salary comparisons report.


You can filter employees and perform the following actions using the Salary Revision History feature:

  • View salary revision history.
  • Revise salary.
  • Compare salary.
  • Download comparison report.
