How can admin view Salary Revision History of employees?

Salary Revision History is a record of changes and updates made to employees compensation over time. 


To view the Salary Revision History of employees, the admin must perform the following actions;

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Information > Salary Revision History. The Salary Revision History page opens.
  2. From the Employee Type dropdown list, select the required employee.
  3. In the Search Employee search box, enter the employee name or number of the employee whose revision history you want to view. The page displays the selected employee's salary revision details such as Last Revision, Median Revision Period, Max Revision Period, Effective Date, Payout Month, and Annual CTC.
