Why employees are unable to access their ESS portals?

The Employee Self Service (ESS) portal allow employees to manage their attendance, upload their documents, and monitor their payroll. Employees may not be able to access their ESS portals due to the following reasons:

  • Once an admin creates the ESS accounts, it should cover 24 hours. The account gets activated only after 24 hours. 
  • The web address or login credentials may be wrong.
