Why is employee/manager unable to view the download option to download the attendance information available on the Attendance Info page from the ESS portal?

The Attendance Info page in the ESS portal allows employees/managers to view and download their detailed attendance information.

If the employee/manager is unable to view the download option to download the attendance details then the admin must enable the user roles from the User Roles page in greytHR.

To enable user roles for the download option to be visible on the Attendance Info page in the ESS portal, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens with a list of roles.
Select the Employee/Manager user card and click the Edit icon available on the card. A form appears.
From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance. A list of features appears.
Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes for the options Attendance Info Export - PDF and Attendance Info Export - Excel.
Click Save to update the changes.
