Can admin edit employees' documents uploaded in bulk?

No, the admin cannot edit the employee documents uploaded in bulk. You can only delete the documents.

It's important for organizations to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements, facilitate effective HR management, and support employee-related processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.

To delete uploaded documents of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Admin > Bulk Document Upload. The Bulk Document Upload page opens.
  2. Click Upload Documents In Bulk (zipped). A form appears.
  3. Click the delete icon on the required row on the Bulk Document Upload page. A pop-up appears.
  4. Click Confirm to save the changes.
