How can admin generate the Form 12B?

Form 12B provides details of the salary received by an individual from a previous employer or multiple employers during a financial year. 

To generate the Form 12B, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. Using the search search box, search for Form 12B. The form opens.
3. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the required financial year.
4. Select the All Employees/Selected Employees option as per your requirements.
5. Click the Generate/Generate Employee Wise button as per your requirements. The report downloads in pdf format.
   Note: Using the Generate Employee Wise option, you can download the Form 12B of each employee separately.
