A Journal Voucher template is a pre-designed format used to record and document financial transactions within an organization. It includes sections for capturing details such as date, account codes, descriptions, debit and credit amounts, and any additional notes or references. The template provides a structured framework for creating journal vouchers, ensuring consistency and accuracy in recording financial entries.
To enable/disable existing JV templates, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > JV Template. The JV Template page appears with a list of existing JV templates.
- Click the ▶/॥ icons on the required template to disable/enable the JV template. A success message appears.
