How can PSP edit an existing category?

The greytHR DataShare Hub module is a centralized place where Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers can seamlessly exchange or share the necessary files with each other.


Using the feature, both PSP and customer admins can exchange data input and output files.


To edit an existing category, the PSP must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to DataShare Hub > Setup > Category. The Category List page opens with different category cards.
  2. Click the Edit Category option available on the required category card. A form appears. 
  3. Update the required details.
    Note: The PSPs cannot edit the category type and uploaded sample files. 
  4. Click the Save button. The Update Category pop-up appears. 
  5. Click Confirm to update the new changes. A success message appears.
