How can PSP restrict customers to view a category?

The greytHR DataShare Hub module is a centralized place where Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers can seamlessly exchange or share the necessary files with each other.


Using the feature, both PSP and customer admins can exchange data input and output files. 


To restrict customers to view a category, the PSP must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to DataShare Hub > Setup > Category. The Category List page opens with different category cards.
  2. Click the Edit Category option available on the required category card. A form appears.
  3. Select the Inactive option to restrict the customers to view the category. 
  4. Click the Save button. The Update Category pop-up appears. 
  5. Click Confirm to update the new changes. A success message appears.
