How can admin upload employees IT declaration in bulk?

The admin can upload employees IT declaration in bulk from the excel Import page. Excel import enables easy and efficient transfer of data from an excel sheet to greytHR. It eliminates manual data entry by swiftly importing large amounts of information like employee details and payroll data, ensuring a seamless process.

 To upload employees IT declaration in bulk, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Admin > Excel Import. The Excel Import page opens.

2. Click Import From Excel. A form appears.

3. Under Step 1: Excel Importer, from the Importer Type dropdown list, select IT declaration.

4. Click Download a sample file. An Excel File downloads into your system.

5. Save the file on your computer. In the saved Excel file on your computer, fill in the details you want to upload. Save and close the Excel importer file.

6. In the greytHR application, on the Excel Importer page, under Step 1: Excel Importer, click Upload File to upload the Excel importer.

7. Click Next. 

8. Under Step 2: Excel Importer Mapping, map the fields from excel to the application terms, if required. To map a field, select the corresponding field under the Mapped To column.
   Note: This step is mandatory if you have changed the format of the Excel file.

9. Click Next. Step 3: Excel Importer Validate section appears.

10. Under Step 3: Excel Importer Validate,  click Next to import the required data in bulk.

11. Click Ok to complete the process to upload the IT declaration in bulk.

Note: You can also delete an imported Excel using the Delete icon available next to the uploaded file on the Excel Import page.
