Why are you making this change now?

This is a natural part of any product's evolution, just as browsers or phone manufacturers eventually stop supporting older versions, older product versions get retired so we can focus fully on the version that serves our customers best. This newer version was first launched in September 2024, and since then, over 1,000 organizations have adopted it. We've continued to fine-tune and enhance it based on customer feedback. With that groundwork now in place, we're rolling it out to the remaining customers who haven't yet migrated to the new version.
