What should be done if the revised Karnataka LWF contribution is not being calculated correctly?

If the revised Karnataka LWF is not reflecting the updated values, please verify the following:

• The employee is mapped to the Karnataka location.

• Ensure the payroll month is May 2025 or later, since the LWF deduction takes place in the December payroll cycle.

• The updated values are visible under Settings > System Settings > Payroll > LWF policies > Karnataka

If all settings are correct and the issue persists, please contact our support by raising a ticket.
