The Employee LWF contribution is now capped at ₹34 (previously ₹31), and the Employer contribution is twice the employee contribution, capped at ₹68 (previously ₹62). The calculation remains at 0.2% of Gross Salary for employee contribution. Employer contribution is 2 times the Employee contribution.
