How can employees nominate evaluators from 360° Feedback?

The 360° Feedback feature in the greytHR ESS portal simplifies the feedback process by allowing an employee, to nominate peers, managers, or subordinates to evaluate their performance. 

As an employee, to nominate evaluators from the ESS portal go to Performance > 360° Feedback.

1. Select the nomination card. 
   Note: You can choose to nominate for yourself or another team member.

2. Click + Nominate Evaluators. A pop-up window opens where you can search and add the nominator by the employee name or number. 
   Note: 

   1. You can see the number of nominators you need to select or those still pending.

   2. You can see the evaluators already added to avoid selecting the same individual again.

3. Once you add the evaluators, they will receive an email notification.
