Admins can define the roles of nominators (who choose evaluators) and evaluators (who provide feedback). Evaluators can include peers, any cross-functional team, or managers. Roles are assigned based on organizational preferences, and the process is highly configurable.
Enter the total number of evaluators.
Select checkboxes to assign employees, managers, or admins as evaluators.
Choose the Evaluator Group from the dropdown or create a new group.
Ensure at least one persona is selected as a nominator.
