How can employees view the notice period while applying for resignation from mobile application?

Resignation is an act of voluntarily departing from or resigning from a job or position. 


The greytHR mobile application provides a seamless way for employees to submit their resignation requests using their mobile application.


While applying for resignation on the mobile application, under the Notice Period Details option, the employees can view the notice period days set by the company. 


To view the notice period details, the employees must perform the following actions: 


  1. On the top right corner of the greytHR Mobile application Home screen, tap your Profile picture or Name initials. A sidebar opens.  

  2. Tap My Profile. Your profile information displays.

  3. Scroll down and tap Resign. The Resignation screen appears.

  4. Tap Apply Now to apply for resignation. The resignation form screen appears.

  5. Tap the Submission Date dropdown calendar to select the submission date of resignation. A calendar appears.

  6. Tap the Required LWD dropdown calendar to select the required last working date. A calendar appears.

  7. Tap the Reason of Leaving dropdown list to select the reason for your resignation. 

  8. Under the Notice Period Details option, you can view the resignation details such as Notice Period.
