Form 15 - Register of Leave with Wages - Himachal Pradesh is a document that records employees' leave entitlements and wages during leave periods.

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.

From the Year dropdown list, select the required year.
Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
Click Options to customize the report.
Click Save to save the customizations.
