Yes. An international employee (outside India) can log in to the greytHR mobile application using WhatsApp OTP.
greytHR uses WhatsApp to log in to the mobile app as it ensures secure app login through instant verification codes. It also enhances convenience and authentication security.
To log in as an international employee (outside India) using WhatsApp OTP, the employee must perform the following actions:
On your greytHR mobile application’s login page, from the Country Name dropdown list, select the required country code.
In the Mobile Number textbox, enter your mobile number associated with WhatsApp.
Tap Next.
In the Enter OTP textbox, enter the OTP received on your Whatsapp.
Note: You can receive up to five OTPs. You can also rectify your mobile number by tapping the Edit icon.
Tap Log In to complete logging into the greytHR app using WhatsApp.
