As an employee, if you want to log in to your greytHR mobile app with a new number, you must contact your HR admin and request them to update the new mobile number in the greytHR employee database.
Once the number is updated, you can download the greytHR application on your phone and perform the following steps to log in using WhatsApp.
On your greytHR mobile application’s login page, from the Country Name dropdown list, select the required country code.
In the Mobile Number textbox, enter your mobile number associated with WhatsApp.
Tap Next.
In the Enter OTP textbox, enter the OTP received on your Whatsapp.
Note: You can receive up to five OTPs. You can also rectify your mobile number by tapping the Edit icon.
Tap Log In to complete logging in to the greytHR app using WhatsApp.
