How can admin generate a Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report?

Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report summarizes the combination of an employee's regular day off with any paid leave they take near week off, counting it as one leave day.


To generate a Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens. 

  2. In the search box, enter Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report. The Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report page opens.

  3. From the From Date dropdown calendar, select the required date. 

  4. From the To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.

  5. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.

  6. Click Options to customize the report. 

  7. Click Save to save the customizations. 

  8. Click Generate to generate the Sandwich Rule Policy Week off Report.
