How can admin generate Attrition Report?

An attrition report is a document that provides information about employee turnover within an organization over a specific period. The report is important for monitoring trends in employee departures and arrivals.

As an admin, you can generate the attrition report from the Reports Gallery page by performing the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.

  2. In the search box, enter Attrition Report. The Attrition Report form opens.

  3. From the From Month dropdown list, select a month and year from which you want to start the report.

  4. From the To Month dropdown list, select a month and year up to which you want the report to extend.

  5. From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.

  6. From the click to select values dropdown list, select the sub-category for the selected category. 
    Note: Perform this action if you want to further categorize the report. This step is optional.

  7. Click Generate to generate the attrition report. The report downloads.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays recently generated reports. You can regenerate them by clicking Run Again.
