What happens if the client has not approved the greytHR PRO payroll schedule?

greytHR PRO is a platform that lets Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) securely access multiple client accounts with a single-click Single Sign-On (SSO).

Payroll Scheduler assists in generating a customized payroll schedule for each client as per their agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). 

If the client has not approved the payroll schedule: 

  • The schedule status remains Pending

  • You can make changes by selecting the Edit option and re-send for approval. 

  • The schedule is finalized only when the admin selects Mark as complete and the status changes to Signed off.
