Client SPOC is the contact information of the person/point of contact for PSP in the client company. This is useful when the processor or the admin might want to contact the client for quick clarifications or additional information.
The PSP admin can view and edit Client SPOC information of any client. This includes the details such as name, email, and contact number.
To view or edit client SPOC information the PSP admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Pro account login, navigate to Clients > Manage Clients. The Clients page opens with a list of assigned and unassigned clients' names.
Select the required client whose details you want to view or edit. The Client Details page opens.
Click+ Assign SPOC to edit/update the changes.
