A loan provided by an organization to its employees is a financial assistance program where employees can apply for a loan based on the company's policies and guidelines. Once the loan is approved, the organization disburses the loan amount to the employee.
To view the approval details of the loan application, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Salary > Loan and Advances. The Loan and Advances page opens.
- Click the Apply Loan tab. The Apply/Pending/History tab appears
- Click the Pending tab. A list of pending loan applications appears.
- Click View Details to view the approval details of the loan(s) you applied for.
Note: If the loan application is approved, you can view the details of the loan amount, tenure and EMI.
