Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Wed, 9 Jul at 3:16 PM by Product Content Team

Withdrawing a loan application refers to the action of canceling or retracting a previously submitted request for a loan from a financial institution or lender. If the loan application is yet to pass the final approval stage, the employee can withdraw the application.

After the final approval, if employee wishes to withdraw, they need to consult the admin for the same.

To withdraw the application before the final approval, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary Loans and Advances. The Loan and Advances page opens.
  2. Click the Apply Loan tab. The Apply/Pending/History tabs appears.
  3. Click the Pending tab. A list of pending loan applications appears.
  4. Click Withdraw.
Note: Alternatively, you can also click View Details and then click
    Withdraw.
