How can employees revert to feedback requests?

The Feedback feature in greytHR highlights the improvement of an employee’s work experience. It promotes open communication and development within a confidential environment.

Any feedback an employee receives is stored in the Received section on the Feedback page. If an employee sends a feedback request, it appears in the Pending Requests section. Employees can either decline or respond to the feedback by clicking Decline or Reply.
