An error message “Sorry! Your details are not found in the system. Please try again. If the issue persists contact admin” is displayed when an employee tries to sign in from Kiosk. Why?

The greytHR Visage kiosk operates on facial recognition technology, capturing employee attendance through facial features. 

If the error message "Sorry! Your details are not found in the system. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact admin" appears, it indicates that:

  1. The swipe capture method in the attendance scheme is not configured as Kiosk.

  2. The employee's face is not registered.
