How can admin enable an application in Unite?

Unite consolidates various third-party applications into a single, unified platform seamlessly integrated within greytHR.


To enable an application in Unite, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Unite by greytHR. The Unite by greytHR page opens.

  2. Select the required application card. For example - Clear Tax and click View Details.  The selected application page opens.

  3. Click Enable. The Electronic Consent Form to share Customer / Employee Information with third-party service provider form appears. 
    Note: We recommend you fully understand the app by browsing through the AboutPricingSupport, and FAQs tabs.

  4. Click the Yes, I have understood the above clarification and permit greytHR to share above listed information with ClearTax checkbox.

  5. Click the I am interested. Please contact me checkbox.

  6. Click Accept & Proceed to enable the application. The App is Active message displays.


Note

  1. Click the More icon > Settings to customize the Company Profile and Access Control.

  2. Once you enable an employee-related application, the employees can view the registered application in their ESS portals.

  3. You can view the used apps in the My Apps tab.
