Yes. Unite facilitates the admin to contact the support team of the app by providing the support resources within greytHR.
Unite brings together many different apps into one easy-to-use platform in greytHR.
To contact a specific application’s support team, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Unite by greytHR. The Unite by greytHR page opens.
Select the required application card and click View Details. The selected application page opens.
Click the Support tab to view the support team details of the required application.
