Unite brings together many different apps into one easy-to-use platform in greytHR. Unite shares the data with third-party applications only after receiving the electronic consent form from both admin and employees.

The admin and employee must review all the data points before they enable any application.

To view the data points, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Unite by greytHR. The Unite by greytHR page opens.

  2. Select the required application card. For example - Kredit Bee and click View Details.  The selected application page opens.

  3. Click Enable. The Electronic Consent Form to share Customer / Employee Information with third-party service provider form appears.

Click the ℹ️ icon available under the Permission column next to Company Details to view the permission that grants access to the mentioned fields.
Note: Similarly, you can also view data points of Employee Identity DetailsEmployee Personal Details, and Employee Income Details.
