Why as an admin, I am not able to view shift updation when I override the shifts from Shift Roster page and also from Shift Override?

As an admin, when you override the shifts from Shift Roster page and Shift Override page or from both the pages, then changes made on Shift Roster page will be considered. The admin must enable the Consider Shift Roster Over Shift Override Changes option for the shift updated in the Shift Roster page to take effect. 


To enable the option to consider shift roster over shift override changes, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page appears.
  2. From the Select dropdown list, select Attendance.
  3. In the Search search box, enter Consider Shift Roster Over Shift Override Changes.
  4. From the table, under Caption, select the Consider Shift Roster Over Shift Override Changes checkbox.
  5. Click Save to enable the consider shift roster over the shift override changes option.
