Attendance regularization is correcting or adjusting an employee's attendance record to accurately reflect their actual attendance or absence from work.

If a manager receives reminder emails even after approving the regularization requests of employees, the admin must check the customizations on the Event Notification page.

To rectify the error, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous Event Notification. The Event Notification page opens.

  2. From the Event Type dropdown list, select Attendance Regularization Reminder. The Attendance Regularization Reminder card appears.

  3. Click the Click here to modify this record icon available on the card. A form opens.

  4. From the Event Type dropdown list, select Attendance Regularization Reminder.

  5. From the Received By dropdown list, select Manager.

  6. Under the Notification section, select Send notification after the event has occurred checkbox.

  7. Customize the Policy condition as per your requirements.

  8. Click Save to update the customization. A success message appears.
