How can admin approve an employee's attendance regularization request?

Approving an employee's attendance regularization request refers to granting permission or authorization for an employee to make changes or adjustments to their attendance records within a specified timeframe.


To approve an employee's attendance regularization request, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Attendance Regularization. The Attendance Regularization page opens.
  2. From the Employee, List, and Applied Date Range dropdown lists, customize the list of applications.
  3. Select the required application card that you want to accept/approve. The application page opens.
  4. Click the Accept button available on each day's request to accept that particular day's regularization.
    Note: You can also click the Accept button available at the bottom of the page to accept all the regularization date requests. The Attendance Regularization pop-up appears.
  5. Click Confirm to approve attendance regularization requests for all the dates.
