How can admin extend the access duration of Alumni Portal in greytHR?

greytHR's Alumni Portal is the self-service portal for ex-employees or employees who are about to exit the organization. Ex-employees can access their ESS (Alumni) portal only for a specific duration. 


To extend the access duration, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee Information Separation. The Separation page opens.

  2. From the Employee Type dropdown, select Resigned Employees.

  3. In the Search Employee search box, enter the employee name/number for whom you want to extend the access duration. The resignation details appear.

  4. On the Resignation Details section, click the Edit icon.

  5. Select the Employee Alumni Portal after LWD check box.

  6. From the Access Duration spin box, select the required months. 

  7. Click Save to update the changes.

Note: The access duration is calculated in months from the Last Working Day (LWD).
