How can admin enable the predefined reasons while applying for attendance regularization option in greytHR?

As an admin, you can enable the predefined reasons while applying for attendance regularization option on the Attendance Options page and define the reasons on the List of Values page. 

These predefined reasons allow the employees to select the required reason while they regularize their attendance. 

To enable the option, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Attendance > Attendance Options. The Attendance Options page opens.

2. Scroll down to click the Enable predefined reasons while applying for attendance regularization option.

3. Click Save to enable the option. A success message appears. 

After enabling the option, you can now define the attendance regularization reasons on the List of Values page. 
To define the reasons, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > General > List of Values. The List of Values page opens.

2. From the dropdown list available above the table, select Attendance Regularization Reason. The page displays the list of values based on your selection.

3. In the table, under the Description column, double-click a blank cell to enter a new value.
   Note: To edit the existing value, double-click the specific cell and enter a value as per your requirements.

4. Under the Code column, double-click a cell to enter the required code for a particular value.

5. Click Save. A success message appears.
