What are Application Messages in greytHR? How can admin configure the message using the key?

The application messages are various messages that are displayed in the greytHR application to the users. 

The admin can configure these messages from the Application Messages page. 


To configure the message using the key, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous Application Messages. The Application Messages page opens.

     

  2. Click +Add New Message to create a new message. A form opens.

  3. In the Key textbox, enter the required details. 

  4. In the Message textbox, enter the required text message.

  5. From the Locale dropdown, select the required option.

  6. Click Save to complete the configuration of the message. 

Note: You can also edit the existing messages by clicking the Edit icon available on each Key row.
