Why admin is unable to view an employee in any category on Who Is In page?

The admin will not be able to view an employee’s attendance information on the Who Is In page if the shift roster is not updated with the details of that particular employee. 


The admin can update the employee details with the Excel import option to ensure that the attendance details of the employee appear on the Who Is In page.
