Can employees rectify their mobile number or email address on the OTP screen?

Yes. On the Login screen, if an employee has entered the wrong number and requested an OTP, the employee will not receive the OTP. In that case, on the Enter OTP screen, the employee can click the Edit icon available next to the mobile number and enter the registered mobile number. After editing the number, the employee will receive the OTP and log in securely.
