No, the admin does not have to maintain the same time duration of shifts in the split shift concept. 


The split shift concept provides relief to employees and ensures the coverage of all working hours for the employers. Thus, admins are free to divide the working hours as per their organization’s requirements.


For example, session 1 can be 5 hours and session 2 can be only 3 hours. While creating a shift, the time gap between two sessions must be a minimum of two hours.
