There can be a situation where an employee needs to step out of the office for various reasons. The reason can be personal or official such as visiting a customer site, working from home, or visiting a bank for some time.

Applying for permission helps the employees avoid attendance regularization and the manager to plan work.

To differentiate the permission applications applied by employees and permission applications applied on behalf of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Review > Regularization & Permission. The Regularization & Permission page appears with a list of permission application cards.
  2. Select the required employee’s card. The details of the permission application appear.
The admin can differentiate the application with the following information:
    1. Applied For & Applied By: With these fields, the admin can understand that the application was submitted on behalf of the employee.
    2. Applied By & Applied To: With these fields, the admin can understand that the application was submitted by the employee.
