As an admin, after you set up the loan workflow policy, and employees apply for loans from the greytHR ESS portals, the next step is to review the employees’ loan applications.
To monitor the loan requests of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Loan. A list of applications appears.
- From the Employee, List, and Applied Date Range dropdown filters, select the required option to customize the list of applications.
- Click the required application card. The application opens and displays the employee name, employee number, Department, and Designation. You can also view Loan Request Details, such as Loan Type, Loan Amount, EMI Start Date, and Loan Tenure. The page displays the Timeline which shows the journey of the application.
