How does Prefilled Forms feature work?

With greytHR's Prefilled Forms feature, the admin can make templates for new employees' forms. The system automatically fills in the fields with the employee's information from the greytHR system. Employees receive these forms with their personal details already filled in. Employees need to complete the remaining parts of the forms and submit them to the HR admin. This saves employees from entering the same information multiple times in different onboarding forms.
