Based on your company’s policies, you might require employees to fill out different company/government forms as a part of their onboarding process. The forms you release can be customized based on your requirements from the Company Policies & Forms page. These can be non-prefilled/prefilled forms based on your customization.

To release company forms to employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > System Settings > Employee > Employee onboarding. The Employee Onboarding settings page opens.

  2. Click the Company Policies & Forms tab. A form appears.

  3. Click + Add Form to select a required form for the onboarding form.

  4. From the dropdown list, select the required form template.
Note: You can preview and download the form using the View and  Download icons.

  5. From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the employee filter to whom you want to release the selected form.

  6. In the Instructions for Employees description box, enter the instructions, if any.
Note: You can continue the similar steps for releasing any company forms by clicking + Add Company Policy.

  7. Click Next to finish adding the forms and policies to the employee onboarding form. Note: Once you finish adding the forms and policies, the Employee Information Settings form appears. This form helps you to configure the mandatory/non-mandatory fields.

  8. Click Save to release the company policies & forms and configure the employee onboarding form. A success message appears.

Note: After you configure the employee onboarding settings, you must initiate the onboarding process for your employees.
