Can admin edit the geofence latitude, longitude, and radius configured by the employees?

Yes, the admin can edit the geofence latitude, longitude, and radius set configured by the employees from the Setup Guide page. 


Geofencing is a technology that enhances the tracking of employee attendance by creating virtual boundaries around specified locations. 


To customize the configuration, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to System Settings > Attendance > Setup Guide. The Setup Guide page opens.

  2. Under Use GPS to mark employees attendance, click the Define location for employees to mark attendance card. The card opens.

  3. Select the employee whose details you want to edit and double-click the rows under the Location NameLongitudeLatitude, and Radius columns to enter the details as per your requirements.
    Note: The admin can also activate, deactivate, or delete the location by clicking Active/Inactive or Delete icon as per their requirements.
